Qvist , our Dutch distributor just hosted an outdoor cooking course called Hunters & Gatherers. Their last class was based around wild mushroom gathering, while this one involved cooking a wild boar. They practice snout to tail cooking and spent the day cooking stews, smoking and grilling meats all over an open fire. They also made wild boar burgers that were cooked using Rome's wilderness burger grillers. I hear they tasted great.
